The standout feature is the beachfront location. Being right on a long, sandy stretch of coast makes a huge difference to the experience, and honestly, it’s what most people end up loving about the place. You can easily switch between pool and beach without much effort.

The pool area is impressive, but not exactly peaceful. It’s well designed with plenty going on, especially for kids, but in peak season it gets very busy and quite loud. Sunbeds can be competitive, and it definitely feels like a popular, high-traffic resort rather than a quiet escape.

Accommodation is one of the stronger points. The mobile homes are modern, clean, and generally well maintained, though prices reflect that.

Overall, Playa Montroig is a high-quality, family-focused resort with a great location. It delivers on facilities and setting, but don’t expect calm or quiet — this is a busy, structured holiday park that really comes alive in summer.
